1. What makes your products eco-friendly?

Each Little Monarch Love piece is crafted with responsibly sourced materials, gentle manufacturing processes, and minimal-waste packaging. We select natural fibers, plant-based dyes, and recyclable or compostable shipping materials—all chosen with your baby’s comfort and the planet’s well-being in mind.

 

2. Are your products safe for newborns?

Absolutely. Every item is designed with delicate skin in mind. Our materials meet strict safety standards, are free from harsh chemicals, and undergo gentle production methods. If it’s not safe enough for a newborn, it simply doesn’t make it into our collection.

 

3. How do I start a return or exchange?

If something isn’t quite perfect, we’re here to assist with an effortless, sustainable solution. Simply email hello@littlemonarchlove.com with your order number and request. Our team will guide you through the steps with the care and ease you deserve.


4. What is your return window?

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging to help us honor our low-waste values.


5. Do you accept returns on all products?

For safety and hygiene, we cannot accept returns on pacifiers, teethers, feeding items, or personal-care products. All other unused items in their original condition may be eligible for return or exchange.

 

6. How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once we receive and carefully inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. If you prefer, we can issue store credit—digital, elegant, and with no expiration date.

 

7. What if my order arrives damaged?

If your package arrives less than perfect, please notify us within 72 hours. We will happily replace the item or issue a refund. Photos may be requested to reduce unnecessary shipping and honor our sustainability commitments.


8. Can I modify or cancel my order after it’s placed?

We process orders quickly to reduce environmental footprint and waste. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible. While we can’t guarantee modifications once an order is in motion, we will always do our best to assist.


9. Do you offer gift wrapping?

At this time, we do not offer gift wrapping. We’ve chosen to limit additional packaging to honor our commitment to minimal waste and sustainable practices. However, every order arrives thoughtfully presented, using elegant, eco-conscious materials that feel special on their own.


10. How do you practice sustainability beyond products?
