Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be:

Unused and unwashed

In original packaging

Free of odors, wear, or damage

Purchased directly from Little Monarch Love's website

For the health and safety of little ones, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

Pacifiers and teethers

Feeding items (bottles, nipples, utensils, cups)

Personal-care items or hygiene-related products

Any product designed for oral contact

Products damaged during shipping or manufacturing errors are always eligible for replacement or refund.

 

Refund Process

2. Include your order number and a description of the issue.

3. Our team may request a photo to reduce unnecessary shipping and minimize waste.

4. Once approved, you’ll receive a return label or eco-conscious alternative.

5. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

 

Exchanges & Store Credit

If you prefer a different size, color, or product, we are happy to arrange an exchange.

Store credit—delivered digitally—never expires and can be applied to any future purchase.
