Return Window
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
To preserve quality and reduce environmental impact, items must remain unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Eligible Items

Any item damaged in transit
For safety and hygiene, we are unable to accept returns of pacifiers, teethers, feeding products, or any item designed for oral use.
Exchanges
If you desire a different size, color, or style, our team will assist you in selecting the perfect replacement. Exchanges follow our same mindful, eco-aligned process to keep waste minimal and service exceptional.
Refunds & Online Credit
Once your return is received and carefully inspected, refunds are issued to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Prefer store credit? We offer digital credit that never expires—an elegant way to shop at your convenience.
